Douglas County PUD Commissioners Jim Davis, Lynn Heminger and Ron Skagen executed the following actions during the April 18, 2011 Commission meeting held at the District’s East Wenatchee Headquarters office:
Approved amendments to Section 5 and Rate Schedules 1, 2 and 3 of the Electric Distribution System Customer Service Policy. These amendments are needed to better align the schedules with our new Customer Information System. They do not constitute changes in prices, they are application changes. (11-051)
Authorized acceptance of work and final payment to Triad Mechanical under contract 10-06-W, Wells Hatchery adult steelhead holding pond modifications. All work under the contract has been completed and determined to meet the bid specifications. (11-052)
Approved a professional service agreement with the Okanagan Nation Alliance regarding Flow Management tools for Okanagan River sockeye salmon production. The Fish–Water Management Tool has been a cost-effective mitigation tool that has meaningfully contributed to the recovery of sockeye above Wells Dam. This agreement will not exceed $205,850 Canadian funds per year and will conclude December 31, 2015. (11-053)
