Douglas County PUD Commissioners Ron Skagen, Jim Davis, and Lynn Heminger executed the following actions during the July 5, 2011 Commission meeting held at the District’s East Wenatchee Headquarters office:
Awarded contract 11-10-D, traffic control flagging to TJE, LLC. With a bid price of $267,600, TJE was the only responsive bidder. (11-089)
Approved extension of signal transport agreement with Turner Network Sales, Inc. This amendment will extend the agreement to September 1, 2012. These agreements are required by most networks to receive and transport the signal over the Douglas County Community Network. (11-090)
Authorized a change in the District’s travel reimbursement policy (Administrative Bulletin 5.13) to reflect changes in the Internal Revenue Service approved mileage rate effective July 1, 2011. (11-091)
Approved the following changes to the Commission Meeting schedule:
July 25, 2011 – canceled due to Commissioners schedules.
August 22, 2011 – canceled due to Commissioners schedules
September 5, 201 – rescheduled to September 6, 2011 due to holiday.
The next meeting of the Commission is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. July 11, 2011 at the District’s Bridgeport office.
