Douglas County PUD Commissioners Lynn Heminger, Ron Skagen and Jim Davis executed the following actions during the January 14, 2013 Commission meeting held at the District’s Bridgeport office:
Authorized execution of intent to grant easement agreement and easements with Jose M Lopez and Maria D Lopez. Necessary for the Eastmont Avenue construction. (13-004)
Approved change order No. 4 to contract 12-13-D, construct Rapids Switchyard expansion. This will extend the contract completion date to June 30, 2013 and will not change the not to exceed limit. (13-005)
Authorized acceptance of work and final payment to TJE, LLC for the first year of contract 11-10-D, traffic control flagging. All work under the contract has been completed and determined to meet the bid specifications. (13-006)
Approved a request for qualifications13-03-W, professional engineering /architectural services, Recreation Management Plan. Necessary to assist the District with the implementation of the Wells Hydroelectric Project Recreation Management Plan. (13-007)
Approved participation in the Mid-Columbia Hourly Coordination 2013 Budget. Grant PUD, acting as Hourly Coordination Central, provides services for the coordination of power generation for the Mid-Columbia PUDs. (13-008)
The next meeting of the Commission is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. January 21, 2013 at the District’s East Wenatchee Headquarters office.
