Douglas County PUD Commissioners Lynn Heminger, Ron Skagen and Jim Davis executed the following actions during the March 18, 2013 Commission meeting held at the District’s East Wenatchee Headquarters office:
Authorized disposal of obsolete wind towers and related equipment. These items are non-usable, of no value, and unsuitable for sale at a surplus auction. (13-041)
Approved revising Schedule 6 of the Electric Distribution System Customer Service Policies to meet the changing business needs of the District's Douglas County Community Network. (13-042)
Authorized amendment No. 1 to Professional Service Agreement with Historical Research Associates, Inc. under RFQ 10-14-W for Professional Archaeological and Cultural Resource Services. This amendment extends the expiration date to August 31, 2016 and increases the contract $75,000 for a total not to exceed amount of $175,000. (13-043)
Approved renewal of contract 12-02-W, 2012-2013 grounds maintenance with Reeves Lawn and Spray Service for an additional one-year period as allowed in the contract. (13-044)
Authorized negotiation of Professional Service Agreement, RFQ 13-03-W, professional engineering /architectural services, Recreation Management Plan. (13-045)
The next meeting of the Commission is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. March 25, 2013 at the District’s East Wenatchee Headquarters office.
