The proposed budgets for the Distribution System and the Wells Hydroelectric Project for calendar year 2024, and the environmental effects relative to the capital budgets have been filed by the Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Douglas County. A hearing for the purpose of adopting the budgets and approving the environmental reviews will be opened on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 and held open until Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. in the East Wenatchee office.
